Policies

Deposit Requirements:

• to 3 days rental: 1 night’s deposit
• to 7 days rental: 2 nights’ deposit
• 8 days or more: 25% deposit
• Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
• Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted for payment of final balance.
• Due to the Covid-19 pandemic reservation deposits can be moved to a later date in this the 2020 season or credited to a reservation in 2021.
• No refunds due to weather or early checkout.
• No hoverboards allowed in rooms.

• All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
• You must be 25 or older to rent a room.
• Reservations held until 7PM unless otherwise notified.
• Rates listed apply only to advance reservations.
• Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
• One parking space per unit, strictly enforced.
• No bicycles in rooms.
• No rollerblading, skateboarding or scooters on premises.
• As a matter of public health safety, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a “swim diaper” in pool
• Check-in after 4 PM for any special or promotion.
